Video ( Youtube ) Cops Buying Cigarettes For Teenagers in Wellingborough Northamptonshire ( Kingz Got Da Feds On Lock )

The incident caught on a YouTube video was taken in the summer before new laws came in making it illegal to buy cigarettes for the under 18's.

Two police officers filmed buying cigarettes for teenagers will not face disciplinary action.

The female officers were seen on footage posted on the YouTube website, handing cigarettes to the teenagers in Kingsway Estate in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
